1. 负责关键物料和ODM的质量策划，参与供应商寻源、准入审核与风险评估 2. 参与ODM技术交流与DFM评审，从工业化视角前置拦截设计与工艺风险 3. 管控ODM各开发阶段（EVT/DVT/PVT/MP）的质量准入与准出，审核阶段测试报告与问题清单，把控质量风险 4. 主导ODM及其关键物料供应商的质量管理，负责来料/成品检验标准的制定与执行，主导标准判定与限度样，守住出货质量 5. 监控产线直通率（FPY）、不良率与报废率，按日/周分析不良 Pareto，推动工程与工艺团队对 Top 问题进行改善 6. 管控ODM的设计变更与4M变更，评估变更影响、验证质量一致性并执行批准流程，防止未受控变更 6. 对ODM开展体系审核与过程审核，并推动不符合项的整改和闭环 9. 主导生产制程质量问题的原因分析与改善对策，积极联动研发、工艺、结构、物料等相关方，支撑良率提升 10. 建立供应商质量绩效台账，按月统计来料批次合格率、产线不良 PPM、异常响应及时率等，组织季度质量回顾与分级考核

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、机械、材料、质量工程等相关专业 2. 5 年以上消费电子或智能硬件供应商质量管理经验，有手机/手表/眼镜等经验者优先 3. 熟悉结构件、PCBA、模组件（摄像头/光学/音频/电池）中至少两类的制造工艺与常见失效模式 5. 熟练使用 8D、5Why、SPC、MSA、PFMEA 等质量工具和手法，具备独立现场审核与问题归因能力 6. 适应高频出差驻厂，谈判与推动能力强，原则性强
