1. 负责产品软件版本的测试策划，制定测试方案与测试计划，明确各版本测试范围、准入准出标准与质量门禁。 2. 主导功能测试执行与缺陷管理，覆盖拍摄、音频、语音交互、连接等核心功能场景，推动缺陷分级、修复与回归验证闭环。 3. 负责 AI 功能的质量评测，针对语音助手、大模型对话、AI 拍摄、端侧算法等场景设计评测集与评估指标（准确率、响应时延、误唤醒率等），输出评测报告与版本准入结论 4. 主导 OTA 升级方案的质量验证，覆盖升级流程、断点续传、升级失败回滚、版本兼容与灰度发布策略，守住升级安全底线 5. 组织专项测试，包括稳定性、性能（功耗、时延、内存）、兼容性、异常与边界场景测试 6. 参与需求评审与设计评审，从可测试性与质量风险角度前置提出问题，推动研发在编码阶段预防缺陷 8. 跟踪上线后的软件质量数据，组织线上问题分析与版本质量复盘，反哺测试用例与标准升级，支撑客服在线诊断和TS工单 9. 维护软件质量度量指标，定期输出版本质量报告。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信、自动化等相关专业 2. 5 年以上智能硬件/IoT/消费电子软件质量或测试开发经验，有手机/手表/眼镜等经验者优先 3. 完整经历过至少一款智能硬件产品的软件版本从立项到量产发布的全过程 4. 熟悉软件测试方法论与缺陷管理流程，具备自动化测试设计与实现能力 5. 有 OTA 升级、稳定性长测、兼容性测试等专项测试实战经验 6. 逻辑清晰，分析严谨，能在版本节奏压力下坚持质量门禁
