1. 负责整车非金属材料设计选材，验证及材料质量管控。支持项目开发阶段材料的选择、材料应用和管理； 2. 负责在产品材料选材，支持设计部门设计方案、工艺方案，制定选材策略 ； 3. 主导整车开发和验证过程中的非金属材料失效分析，持续改进相关问题； 负责分析和解决原材料出现的工艺、验证及售后问题，并指导原材料供应商进行整改； 4. 根据材料开发流程和项目要求制定材料开发计划，拉动相关资源，推动材料开发按计划推进； 5. 负责非金属材料性能研究，应用设计及成型技术研究工作； 6. 负责非金属材料数据库建设及相关技术文件维护工作，负责维护材料数据库，收集行业内材料应用信息及新材料的发展趋势； 7. 负责新型非金属材料的工程应用开发，进行工艺匹配性验证，实现新材料工程落地。

1. 教育程度: 本科及以上（非金属材料、高分子材料或相关材料专业）； 2. 工作经验 : 在头部主机厂、新能源或材料企业有从事非金属材料（PA6/PA66、PP等材料），特别是有汽车材料开发（或汽车业务）、材料研发并落地相关工作经验者优先，行业研发八年以上经验。 3. 熟悉材料实验标准和方法，了解汽车结构及各部位材料应用； 4. 可接受经常的国内出差； 工作细致认真，责任心强，有耐心，良好的内外部协作能力。
