1. 负责平台、自研项目零部件与系统验证的统筹管控，负责承接各阀点的质量目标，保证按质交付； 2. 作为项目窗口，负责对接项目、质量以及各专业部门以保证各项项目验证交付的按时、按质完成； 3. 负责推进专项验证的方案策划、过程管控和结果验收，支持专业进行快速问题分析、整改及验证； 4. 负责零部件验证过程中的验证进展跟进、失效问题整改及闭环验证推动，识别及评估阀点风险； 5. 负责整体拉动内部各专业部门，确保各项目验证问题的快速分析、整改和验证； 6. 负责部门内部项目预算提报及管理，项目外援的整体规划及人员管理，确保组织绩效达标； 7. 负责零部件性能抽检的策划运营，拉动内外部专业推动问题的快速闭环，确保验证高质量交付；

1. 全日制本科或以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、材料等相关工科专业； 2. 5年以上整车厂的零部件试验验证经验，熟悉整车开发及验证流程，至少2个完整项目的管理经验； 3. 熟悉车端零部件及系统试验规范和常见的失效问题、失效机理，熟悉问题管理及闭环流程； 4. 具备出色的纵向和横向沟通协作、问题推进能力，逻辑思维缜密，对于问题分析和闭环有独到见解； 5. 个人自驱力、执行力强，工作态度积极主动，具备良好的团队意识，工作开展具有明确的个人规划； 6. 熟练操作office、excel等常用办公软件，大学英语CET-4级以上，具备出色的文档撰写、总结能力；
