根据整车技术要求修改、搭建被控对象模型（PlantModel），负责硬件在环测试系统闭环，包括不限于增程器、热管理、扭矩控制等功能的闭环。 HIL测试平台维护； 负责域控制器测试大纲、测试需求及测试用例开发、评审及测试执行； 解决测试过程中遇到的技术问题，包括但不限于网络测试（以太网，CAN，LIN）、UDS测试、电气故障注入测试。

全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、控制工程、机械电子等相关专业，5年及以上零部件或主机厂系统测试经验； 熟悉硬件在环测试的原理及操作流程，至少精通一种主流的硬件在环测试系统（dSPACE/ETAS/NI)； 熟悉车辆动力学，至少精通一种主流车辆动力学仿真软件（ASM，Carsim，Carmaker等）； 熟悉测试理论，并了解新能源汽车测试相关法规和测试标准，有功能安全测试/诊断测试经验优先； 熟悉整车开发流程、ECU开发测试流程； 熟练掌握Matlab/Simulink、C/C++、Python等编程语言。
