负责智能眼镜需求方案论证，产品总体方案设计，制定硬件堆叠方案； 负责立项前对接ID、人因、产品经理、硬件、光学、音频、CAM等各领域需求，评估方案可行性； 负责智能眼镜整体结构系统设计方案，主导各阶段结构设计评审、结构仿真评审、模具可行性评审、设计变更评审，输出评审意见； 负责智能眼镜从方案论证到量产交付全生命周期，解决设计、模具、生产、组装、测试、交付各类结构问题，确保顺利量产； 负责智能眼镜结构领域的标准制定、实验方案评审和文件归档； 负责挖掘行业发展趋势，跟进智能眼镜先进材料、防水、散热、轻量化、佩戴舒适性、高可靠性等的竞争力提升； 负责模具、CMF成本评估，包括且不限于原材用量、CT时间、人力成本、良率、修模费用、工艺变更等，参与成本评审会议。

本科及以上学历，5年以上消费电子类产品设计经验，有智能眼镜类开发经验优先； 熟练运用2维、3维绘图软件，包括CREO、CATIA、SolidWorks、AutoCAD等，具有曲面造型绘图经验优先； 熟悉消费类电子产品开发流程、行业标准，能独立完成硬件堆叠、结构方案设计、模具方案评审、试制和量产结构问题解决等； 精通消费类电子产品可行性评估、公差分析、材料选型，有结构仿真和热仿真经验加分； 熟悉常见塑胶、金属、玻璃等材料性能，熟悉注塑、MIM、压铸、冲压、CNC等加工工艺、熟悉喷涂、抛光、PVD、镭雕、阳极氧化、丝印、浸染等表面处理工艺，了解精益生产及质量管理基本知识； 熟悉人因、声学、光学、显示、散热、硬件等相关领域设计要求和应用； 责任心强、主动性好、思路条理清晰、抗压能力强，具有良好的沟通协调能力和产品创新能力。
