1. 培训规划： 根据理想汽车产品发布节奏、市场竞争关系和业务需求，设计相关培训项目，搭建相应的培训模块和闭环机制； 协同江浙沪地区的管理团队，按照规划的资源情况，带领团队完成高质量的落地执行。 2. 课程开发： 根据培训框架规划，通过共识制定清晰的课程目标、课程大纲及培训内容；课程开发能力基于对本品和行业竞品的深度研究，进行组织经验、方法论、成功案例等的萃取整合；高标准、高品质开发产品课程，并按照项目要求交付课程及后续的课程迭代优化；交付物包括但不限于：课程PPT，话术，视频讲解，长图等； 通过实战演练，如案例教学、角色扮演、实战模拟，提升销售团队的管理能力和执行效率。 3. 培训执行： 熟悉培训落地执行的流程，具备授课能力，能够给予培训安排输出规划建议。 4. 项目运营 熟悉项目内运营相关细节要求，具备处理突发状态的能力，能够给予项目目标确保最终项目顺利完成。

职位要求 1.统招本科及以上学历； 2.有过2年以上管理经验，带过超过5个人以上的团队； 3.3年以上汽车产品培训经验，有新能源或豪华汽车品牌从业经验者优先；具备独立开发和授课的能力，具备长时间线上/线下授课的经验； 4.有清晰的规划和目标感，主动学习最新的汽车技术和市场动态，保持只是的更新和领先，不断提升自己的专业素养； 5.良好的项目管理和组织能力，能够独立策划和实施培训项目； 6.熟练使用办公软件和培训工具，如powerpoint、视频剪辑软件等； 7.熟练驾驶车辆，时刻关注汽车行业动态，且对于汽车有浓厚兴趣。
