1、负责理想同学中核心场景的智能体基础能力建设和相关产品功能的落地，包括context工程、harness工程、工具等能力实现； 2、解决在线大规模Agent应用的基础设施技术挑战，解决服务三高、首字延迟、系统成本等问题； 3、设计并实现易用高效的Agent开发周边套件工具，提升开发效率，降低使用Agent技术的门槛，保障交付质量；4、与产品团队、算法团队紧密协作，持续优化系统迭代过程中依赖的基础设施和运营平台，确保技术价值和产品价值可实现、可观测、可持续迭代。

1、对Agent系统有深入的概念理解，持续关注最新的技术发展动态； 2、具备优秀的代码能力（Go/Java/C++）、数据结构和基础算法功底，以及扎实的软件工程基础（包括系统设计、API开发和代码质量控制）； 3、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Elasticsearch/Lucene、MongoDB、Kafka、neo4j、mq等常用开源工具； 4、对大模型、Agent方向充满热情，不断探索前沿技术领域并持续接受新挑战，同时有强烈的学习欲望，对新技术抱有足够热情和好奇心，愿意沿人机交互、智能体、AGI方向进行持续探索； 5、具备出色的问题分析和解决能力，能深入解决系统和产品中存在的问题，具备优秀的沟通协作能力，能够和多个团队高效协同，推进新技术应用。
