1. 聚焦研发运营核心业务痛点，主导业务数智化领域建设，搭建业务流程、数据采集、审批流程及运营工具体系。 2. 设计系统性数智化解决方案，解决代码审查、测试、运维等环节的专业协同效率问题，以及关键业务数智化的系统性落地需求。 3. 负责业务数智化领域的开发与运维，配合企业智能团队完成企业级系统（ERP/CRM/SAP 等）与业务数智化体系的协同对接。 4. 推动 “专业人员 + 智能工具 + 业务场景” 信息化能力体系落地，践行 “小团队 + 智能工具” 模式，实现研发运营关键业务数智化的全面解决。 5. 对接研发运营各业务线，梳理数智化需求，负责方案设计、技术选型、开发实施、上线迭代及效果复盘全流程。

1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、数据管理等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：5 年以上相关经验，有大型科技企业研发运营数智化建设项目主导经验者优先。 3. 技能储备：精通业务流程建模、数据采集与分析工具，具备低代码 / 高代码开发能力，熟悉研发运营全流程（代码开发、测试、运维、质量管控等）。 4. 协同能力：具备跨团队协同经验，能清晰划分与企业级系统建设团队的工作边界，推动多部门高效协作落地项目。
