1. 新车上市核心公关传播：作为核心岗位负责品牌新车上市全周期公关内容传播工作，深度贴合豪华新能源品牌调性，聚焦新车产品亮点、品牌科技、高端体验，统筹全网内容传播节奏，主打短视频内容赛道，搭建适配新势力品牌的上市传播内容体系。 2. 内容营销：合作媒体、汽车达人、KOL/KOC的短视频及传播内容审核、调性把控、内容优化指导，规避内容偏差、调性不符、专业错误等问题，保障全网传播内容的专业性、统一性、高端性。 3. 全网传播操盘与事件营销：以抖音为核心运营阵地，配合部门完成新车发布会、车展、品牌专项公关活动的内容传播统筹、全网声量管控等相关工作。统筹全平台（短视频、社交、垂类、全网渠道）公关内容传播落地；具备优秀的事件营销敏感度与实操能力，结合新车上市节点、行业热点、品牌营销节点，策划轻量化公关传播事件，放大品牌及新车传播声量，打造出圈传播效果。 4. AI工具赋能业务提效：聚焦AI工具的业务赋能与数据提效，熟练运用各类AI产品完成行业信息梳理、传播业务分析、数据整合汇总，独立搭建传播数据看板、内容效果分析看板，通过AI工具优化工作链路、提升业务复盘与决策效率。 5. 数据复盘与内容迭代：具备扎实的数据分析能力，定期复盘全网传播数据、达人内容效果、平台流量规律，总结传播优势与问题，迭代优化内容审核标准、传播策略与达人合作标准，持续提升品牌公关传播质量与曝光效果。 6. 行业热点与舆情把控：持续跟进新能源汽车行业动态、全网营销热点、竞品传播打法，具备极强的热点敏感度，快速结合热点联动品牌公关传播
