2. 全渠道体系搭建与管理（核心职责） - 线上电商矩阵： 操盘天猫、京东、抖音等主流平台的官方旗舰店，通过流量投放，打造现象级首发与日销爆款。 - 线下核心阵地： 开拓并维护全国核心数码连锁（如顺电、酷动、京东之家）、潮流生活馆（如泡泡玛特等新型跨界渠道）及传统光学眼镜连锁店，打造可复制的“沉浸式体验+即时零售”高端店中店模型。 - 新零售与渠道下沉： 探索运营商（移动/联通/电信）合约机模式、礼品积分渠道及海外分销/独立站体系。

3. 大客户攻坚与异业联盟 - 亲自挂帅突破重点战略客户（如大型卖场总部、线上超级头部主播及MCN机构、知名IP联名方），签订年度框架并维护高层客情关系。

4. 价格体系与市场秩序 - 设计严密的渠道价格梯度、返点政策及促销机制，构建全链路防窜货管理体系，坚决维护品牌溢价与渠道伙伴利益。

5. 团队搭建与激活 - 从0到1或迭代升级销售组织架构，招募/培养电商运营、渠道BD、零售培训等核心骨干，导入结果导向、高激励的创业战斗氛围。

1.经验与资源 - 本科及以上学历，8年以上消费电子/智能硬件行业销售经验，其中至少3年同等岗位全盘操盘经验。 - 深耕品类： 拥有智能穿戴（TWS耳机/手表）、AR/VR、无人机、高端手机或潮流数码品类资源者优先；熟悉光学眼镜或奢侈品零售渠道者加分。 - 渠道现成资源： 手握现成的全国KA卖场、区域强商、电商平台核心人脉，入职后可迅速起量，避免“水土不服”。
