1. 计算机科学与技术、人工智能、电子信息、车辆工程相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 具有5年及以上项目管理经验，具有新能源汽车功能软件项目管理及相关经验者优先； 3. 具有电子电气架构(EEA)相关知识、熟悉整车功能与软件开发或者零部件软件开发工作流程者优先； 4. 具有良好的领导力和沟通交流能力、较强团队意识，能够积极主动，工作认真负责； 5. 思维逻辑性强，擅于发现和总结问题，有主动解决问题的能力。
