职位描述 负责产品策略在零售端的落地，确保产品在区域端的成功销售。 1. 策略制定：日常分析和跟踪具体车型销售业务的关键指标，同时根据业务需求完成较为深入的专项分析，根据量化分析结果制定对应的产品整体销售策略，包括目标设定、销售计划、促销政策等，并跨部门推动策略的落地； 2. 新产品上市：负责新品预售首销方案输出和执行，负责上市前零售物料包（POSM、陈列、道具等）的设计与生产发货，保证按时按质交付；输出终端零售策略，管理物料/店面/人力/促销活动，监控零售执行情况，确保成功销售；管理终端零售营销预算，经营效率最大化； 3. 门店提升：定期开展一线门店调研和用户调研，收集一线门店和用户的反馈，发现门店运营提升的机会点， 制定门店获客和转化的提升计划，帮助门店达成销售目标； 4. 市场研究及竞对分析：关注汽车及新能源赛道市场动态，定期跟踪和分析区域主要竞品的市场表现并输出竞争攻防策略，保障区域竞争的优势地位。

岗位职责： 1. 系统建设：梳理业务数据可视化需求，并利用帆软、BI搭建业务看板系统，帮助业务感知重要指标的变化与行业变化。 2. 行业研究：通过深入的行业研究及业务调研，探索行业发展进程并给出业务策略及方向上的建议，辅助业务挖掘机会点。 3. 经营分析：建立和完善业务指标体系及监控体系，识别关键问题及影响要素，通过常规报告及专题汇报等方式提出合理建议并协同落地。 4. 专题研究：基于对业务的理解及品牌发展需要，结合行业趋势与商业机会，通过专题研究洞察可优化的业务动作并提出优化策略。
