1. 培训体系搭建： 并非从零开始，而是主导现有机电技术课程体系的全面诊断与重构。基于品牌技术岗位典型任务、新车新技术（重点在三电系统、智能驾驶、智能驾舱等）及一线数据，规划并落地一套分层级（初级/中级/高级）、分模块、敏捷迭代的培训课程体系。 2. 项目设计与管理：关键项目设计如新车上市培训、校企合作、技能大赛等大型项目，管理项目开发与迭代，保证项目端到端交付。 3. 设计与开发：项目设计及教学相关内容开发，输出符合业务需求分层分级的专业课程、任务、案例、认证考核标准等，并基于业务变化及时迭代更新。 4. 授课及讲师孵化管理：担当首席讲师，亲自操刀关键、高难度的技术培训交付（如高压热管理系统、复杂故障诊断、关键总成拆装等），为团队讲师树立专业标杆，构建技术讲师池，保证师资质量。 5. 建立标准与流程： 为课程开发、课件制作、效果评估建立可复用的标准化流程与工具，确保培训质量的持续稳定与高效输出

1. 专业背景： 车辆工程、机械电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历 2. 行业经验：具备机电技术培训体系的规划与管理经验，或资深的技术支持/培训岗位。有从0到1搭建体系经验者优先 3. 资质证书： 必须持有特种作业操作证（低压电工作业） 和 C1及以上驾驶证，并能熟练驾驶车辆 4. 沟通与影响力： 具备出色的授课与实操指导能力，能镇住资深讲师与技师；同时具备跨部门协作能力，能驱动技术、售后业务等部门形成合力 5. 洞察与数据分析： 能洞察一线技师的真实痛点，能用数据分析和项目管理推动问题解决 6. 责任感和领导力： 对培训效果有极致的追求，具备团队协作精神，能激发并带领内部讲师团队共同成长
