The posting

1. 负责车企商业域、销服域应用架构整体规划，统筹销售、营销、服务、充电网络等系统的能力布局、技术选型与架构演进路线。 2. 输出架构蓝图、系统能力地图、系统边界、集成关系、数据流转及年度架构演进方案，支撑业务系统化建设。 3. 建立业务架构与应用架构映射关系，基于业务流程与能力模型，拆解业务需求，沉淀可复用的业务组件与服务化架构。 4. 明确各系统职责边界、主数据归属与接口规范，统一集成和数据交换标准，避免烟囱式建设和重复开发。 5. 负责重大项目架构把关，开展前期技术方案设计、架构评审及建设路径规划，保障项目落地符合整体架构规范。 6. 搭建架构评审与技术标准体系，规范技术选型、代码质量及上线准入，统筹技术方案评审、系统重构与技术债务治理。 7. 维护系统资产台账，建立架构评估与债务识别机制，推动低效系统下线、重复系统整合与架构持续优化迭代。

本科及以上学历，管理、财经、信息系统、计算机、工业工程等相关专业优先。 1. 5年以上应用架构、系统架构、企业架构或大型系统建设经验，主导过2个及以上大型业务系统架构设计或重构项目。 2. 熟悉微服务、中台架构、DDD领域驱动设计等方法论，具备完整的架构规划、方案设计与落地能力。 3. 具备良好的业务理解力，熟悉车企销售、营销、售后、渠道、门店运营场景，可将业务诉求转化为标准化技术方案。 4. 具备较强跨团队协同能力，可联动业务、产品、研发团队统一技术共识，推动架构方案高效落地。 5. 拥有良好结构化表达能力，可独立输出架构蓝图、技术方案、评审意见及决策建议材料。 6. 具备良好的性能、稳定性、成本与数据意识，可从扩展性、安全性、体验等维度综合评估和优化技术方案。 7. 熟悉EA、BA、AA、DA企业架构体系，有中台建设、云原生迁移、分布式系统、大型系统重构经验者优先。 8. 熟悉车企线索、商机、订单、交付、售后、充电、门店经营等链路，有CRM、DMS、营销服务系统建设经验者优先。 9. 持有TOGAF、阿里云、AWS、Azure等架构师相关认证者优先。
