职位描述 1，负责建立和完善业务流程体系，可以针对业务和管理流程进行诊断分析、完成流程设计合理性和执行有效性评估，并且提出优化落地方案； 2，识别业务运营、财务合规的风险点，协助建立企业风险库管理，能够和业务和一起提出长期、短期合理的风险应对和改善方案， 3，有项目管理知识和基本能力，能够开展流程优化项目，带领项目团队开展工作，对项目进行全周期管理，包括计划、执行、建议及报告等工作， 4，善于沟通，能够与不同业务部门，不同地区紧密合作，组织或推进多部门合作的内控流程建设的规范与优化，为业务部门提供内控咨询，并进行相关培训， 5，具备数据分析基本能力，利用数据分析手段进行业务风险点的识别。推动部门数据化、智能化建设。

1，8-10年左右或以上流程管理、风险管理相关工作经验，能独自承担项目经理职责，有甲方高科技制造企业及乙方内控咨询经验者优先， 2，具有良好的中英文口头表达和书面写作能力，语言能力：听说读写流利， 3，对高科技制造企业组织管控、市场、销售业务有兴趣，具有探索、创新精神，思维开放，逻辑能力强， 4，熟悉企业风险管理要求和国内外法律法规要求者优先，如COSO, GDPR等， 5，善于沟通与跨部门协作，有独立分析与解决问题的能力，逻辑性强 ， 6，能够接受灵活机动的工作模式，有管理战略意识。
