1. 负责UWB/毫米波雷达信号处理算法的研究（信号采集分析、特征提取、建模及模式识别）、开发和实施，包括目标检测、跟踪、分类和高精度定位； 2. 分析雷达系统性能，优化算法以提高检测范围、分辨率和抗干扰能力； 3. 与软、硬件工程师合作，确保算法与雷达硬件的兼容性和最佳集成； 4. 负责与软硬件工程师协调，指导完成算法移植、问题分析、算法优化； 5. 参与雷达系统的测试、验证和性能评估； 6. 配合完成系统集成、分析并解决项目开发中出现的信号处理相关问题分析、前后端算法优化。

1. 统招本科及以上学位，电子工程、信号处理等相关专业； 2. 至少5年以上的雷达信号处理或嵌入式相关领域的工作经验，具有UWB雷达研发背景者优先； 3. 精通雷达信号处理原理，包括脉冲压缩、多普勒处理、波束形成和空间滤波等； 4. 熟练掌握C/C++、Python或MATLAB等编程和仿真工具； 5. 具有出色的分析和问题解决能力，能够独立进行算法研发和系统测试； 6. 具备良好的团队合作能力和沟通技巧； 7. 良好的英语沟通能力，能够阅读和撰写技术文档。
