岗位职责 1、技术战略与产品落地：围绕公司战略与产品规划，统筹智能眼镜整体技术路线、架构设计、研发节奏与关键技术决策，协同硬件、固件、App、AI、服务端及测试体系落地，并结合行业前沿趋势推进核心技术预研、产品化及长期演进。 2、全栈研发管理：围绕全栈研发管理，统筹智能眼镜硬件、嵌入式软件与固件、iOS/Android App、AI 能力及服务端平台的架构与开发，并建设覆盖研发到量产的全流程质量保障体系，确保产品性能、体验与交付质量持续提升。 3、项目与交付管理：建立并推动跨专业研发项目全流程交付管理机制，统筹需求、方案、里程碑、资源、风险与验收，协同内外部团队完成从 EVT/DVT/PVT 到量产爬坡的高质量按期交付，并对进度、质量、成本及技术风险闭环负责。 4、产品体验与质量建设：以用户体验为核心，围绕舒适度、续航、性能、稳定性、音视频效果及 AI 服务可用性，建立覆盖整机质量、安全、隐私与云端服务的指标和反馈闭环机制，持续推动问题快速修复与体验迭代优化。 5、团队与研发体系建设：负责研发组织与人才梯队建设，完善跨硬件、软件、AI、云端及测试协同机制，建立适配智能硬件业务的研发流程、评审、版本与知识管理体系，优化自研与外部合作边界，持续提升组织效率、技术能力与结果导向文化。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、通信、自动化、光学或相关专业。 2、10 年以上智能硬件或消费电子研发经验，5 年以上跨专业研发团队管理经验。 3、主导过一款复杂智能硬件产品从立项、研发、试产到规模量产及上市后的完整生命周期。 4、对硬件、嵌入式系统、移动端、AI、服务端和测试均具备较强的系统性认知，能够进行跨领域技术判断和架构决策。 5、具备较强的项目与风险管理能力，能够在时间、成本、质量和产品体验之间做出合理权衡与决策。 6、具备优秀的团队领导力、跨部门协作和复杂问题解决能力，结果导向，对产品体验和工程质量有高标准，能够适应快速发展的创业或创新业务环境。
