1. 承接部门战略需求，根据部门战略制定色彩和材质设计策略并在各个项目上实施。具有出色跨部门协作和跨项目决策能力； 2. 负责整车全流程内外饰色彩设计开发及量产落地。包括概念创意、效果图表达、指导色彩设计师和供应商的量产方案落地，制定及掌控专案项目进度规划，引导设计师展开设计，安排设计讨论等； 3. 促进与供应商、工程和产品团队的合作，创造卓越和创新的产品。管理成本和质量，明确标准，使其成为设计行业的基准； 4. 能够敏锐捕捉某一领域市场流行趋势，善于分析，捕捉目标消费心理，洞察市场。对新材质及新工艺有敏锐的嗅觉，指导调动供应商资源为产品做好技术积累。

教育/经验： 1. 本科及以上学历，工业、交通、服装、色彩设计或工业设计等相关专业； 2. 7年以上汽车/豪华品牌CMF部门经验，精致的文化和品味，对设计、未来趋势和艺术学科的热情； 3. 在行业领先的豪华品牌设计中心担任重要项目主导设计师，有多个量产车型项目经验； 4. 具备从设计到生产的坚实理论基础，能够从前瞻开发到最终色彩发布领导设计。 知识技能： 1. 熟练使用Photoshop和Illustrator等工作软件； 2. 熟练的英文沟通和写作能力，优秀的团队协调和沟通能力。 能力: 1. 必须具备出色的谈判和解决问题的能力； 2. 自我激励和学习； 3. 积极主动，富有创造力； 4. 出色的时间管理和在压力下工作的能力； 5. 自信和目标驱动，以结果为导向。
