1. 负责研发域全面预算管理，包含费控机制的建立和持续优化、费用评审平台的运营、费控数据全流程信息化的推进； 2. 负责研发大额支出周期性分析及复盘，包含费用从预算到支出流程合规性、支出合理性，寻找降本机会点并协同相关部门落地执行； 3. 作为研发费控工作组负责人，协同各专业、财务、采购等部门，制定全周期/年度费控目标，并常态化运营目标达成； 4. 负责研发域费控理念、经营意识的文化建设，通过持续对标行业最佳实践，内化建立有行业竞争力的研发费控管理体系。

1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历，财经相关专业； 2. 精通预算管理、费用控制，掌握风险管理、财务分析等专业技能，熟知车企研发大额支出管控流程； 3. 8年以上产品研发财务费控工作经验，了解产品开发流程，能识别不同类别支出费控机会点，具备预支出审计能力； 4. 能预见并满足潜在需求，对团队工作成果负责，参与高效团队建设，主动应用新知识新技能优化现有模型或流程、解决问题； 5. 会抓主要矛盾，用最少的人/财/物资源达成任务目标，开放态度，解决分歧，促进共识；勇于拥抱未知，敢于尝试新的任务、工作安排； 6. 具备较好的经营者思维，为人正直、处事公平，有较强的的成本费用及合规意识，较强的主人翁精神。
