1. 负责研发设备（试验台架、检测设备、试制线设备等）、研发样件品类的采购策略制定；主导供应商寻源、评估、选择与合同签订。 2. 主导并执行研发类项目的招标、RFQ、技术澄清与商务谈判流程，确保采购过程合规、透明、高效。 3. 与供应商进行商业谈判，优化采购总成本，达成年度降本目标。 4. 起草、评审和管理研发设备、研发样件品类合同，确保合同条款充分覆盖质量、服务、风险和法律合规性要求。 5. 建立并动态维护研发设备、研发样件合格供应商库，主导供应商绩效评估，定期开展现场审核、能力认证与分级管理。 6. 持续开发新技术、新工艺及跨界创新供应商资源，推动供应商资源池优化整合。 7. 处理与供应商相关的日常运营问题，协调解决在服务交付过程中出现的争议和异常。

1. 学历与经验： 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械/电气自动化、工业工程、供应链管理等相关专业优先。具备5年以上汽车或高端制造行业研发采购、设备采购或间接采购经验，熟悉整车开发流程者优先。 2. 流程与系统： 精通研发类采购端到端流程管理，熟悉研发项目采购节点与预算管控机制；能独立制定复杂研发设备/样件的采购策略，熟练使用ERP及数字化采购系统，对采购合规、进度与交付结果负责。 3. 市场与成本洞察： 深入理解研发设备与研发样件供应市场格局、技术演进趋势、成本构成模型及品类供应链风险，具备数据驱动的成本分析能力。 4. 业务前瞻与协同： 具备较强的技术理解力与商业敏锐度，出色的跨部门协同与商务谈判能力；能基于市场趋势引导研发需求合理化，推动采购标准化、平台化及数字化变革落地。 5. 体系化思维： 具备优秀的系统性思考与逻辑分析能力，熟练应用TCO评估、Kraljic矩阵、Should-Cost模型、风险预警矩阵等管理工具，制定科学采购策略与决策方案。 6. 职业素养： 成熟稳重、积极乐观、具备极强的保密意识与职业操守；能承受研发项目高强度节奏与多任务并行压力，适应技术快速迭代与需求频繁变更的研发环境。 7. 影响力与决策力： 具备较强的业务影响力与跨部门推动力，能在技术、质量、进度与成本的多重约束下快速决策，提出并落地切实可行的解决方案。 8. 结果导向： 强烈的目标意识与责任心，以保障研发项目成功交付、提升研发供应链韧性与采购价值贡献为核心导向。
