岗位职责 1. 整体统筹与架构设计 全面负责智能眼镜软件系统的整体架构设计、技术选型与路线规划，主导从 0 到 1 的软件系统搭建及迭代演进；制定技术规范与标准，规范各模块开发流程、接口协议及测试标准，推动多团队技术协同，确保系统集成的兼容性与一致性；统筹操作系统适配、中间件、算法框架、应用层及云端协同的全链路软件体系，确保系统高性能、低功耗、高稳定性运行；把控产品功能、性能、可靠性、可执行性及合规性，推动产品从概念设计到规模化落地。 2. 核心系统研发与攻坚 主导智能眼镜眼镜嵌入式系统（如 Android/AOSP、RTOS、Linux 等）的深度定制与裁剪，优化启动速度、内存占用与续航表现；负责 SLAM / 空间定位、手势 / 眼动 / 语音交互、渲染引擎、显示驱动等核心模块的技术方案设计与关键难题攻关；统筹传感器融合（IMU、摄像头、ToF、麦克风阵列等）软件框架，保障多模态数据实时处理与低延迟交互。 3. 跨团队协同与项目管理 与硬件、光学、结构、算法、产品等跨专业团队的协同，定义软硬件接口与联调规范，推动整机系统集成与验证；制定软件研发流程、代码规范与质量标准，搭建 CI/CD、自动化测试与版本发布体系；管理软件研发进度、风险与资源，对项目交付质量与时间节点负责。 4. 技术预研 跟踪 AR、空间计算、端侧 AI 等前沿技术趋势，主导技术预研与原型验证，形成可落地的技术储备。

任职要求 1. 学历与经验 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化等相关专业 8 年以上嵌入式 / 智能硬件 / 消费电子软件系统开发经验，3年以上智能眼镜软件系统开发经验 有完整智能硬件产品（AR/VR 眼镜、智能穿戴、智能手机等）从立项到量产的软件系统主导经验者优先 2. 技术深度 精通至少一种嵌入式操作系统（Android/AOSP、Linux、RTOS、QNX 等）内核机制、驱动开发与系统裁剪 精通 C/C++，熟悉 Java/Kotlin/Python 等至少一种高级语言，具备扎实的系统级编程与性能优化能力 深入理解计算机体系结构、内存管理、进程 / 线程调度、IPC 机制，具备复杂系统问题的定位与调优能力 熟悉 AR/VR 核心技术栈（SLAM、3D 渲染、多模态交互、传感器融合）者优先 3. 系统架构能力 具备复杂嵌入式软件系统的端到端架构设计能力，能合理划分模块、定义接口、权衡性能 / 功耗 / 稳定性 熟悉软硬件协同设计，能与硬件团队共同定义芯片选型、外设接口与系统资源分配 有端云协同架构、OTA 升级、安全加密等系统级方案设计经验者优先 4. 管理与综合素质 具备较强的项目管理能力，能统筹多模块、多团队并行开发，有效管控进度、质量与风险 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力与技术影响力，能推动复杂问题的高效解决
