1、洞察用户部门需求，负责门店的日常维修管理，报价审核及结算。周期性的巡检，制定有前瞻性的门店运维策略并推进执行。 2、负责统筹全国门店运维的数据管理，有资源整合的能力，能从数据分析中提出应对策略，提升运维整体的效率。 3、根据合同约定协调业主、门店选址和门店运营中台等多个部门，确保品牌利益得到保障，保证门店的正常运营。 4、具有服务意识，不断完善门店运维的服务目录，引领项目需求并提出提升门店空间的整体项目规划方案，把控项目风险并制定策略，持续提升服务体验和满意度。 5、具备装修流程制度、预算管理等相关经验，具备数据整合、数据提炼、发现问题的能力。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，10年以上工作经验，有5万平米以上的综合园区或者写字楼的设备设施管理经验；全国连锁门店运维或改造经验优先；英语流利优先；具有甲乙双方经验优先； 2、有工程管理经验，曾担任部门经理岗位3年或以上； 3、熟悉物业的设备设施维修保养，具备水、电、气、暖通等相关专业知识； 4、有处理各类突发事件方面具有丰富的经验，具备发现问题的敏感度，钻研精神，持续改进创新精神；能承受较大强度的工作压力； 5、较强的供应商管理能力、沟通以及协调能力。具有较强的服务意识； 6、较强的外联、公关能力以及风控意识。
