1、根据公司发展战略制定、迭代部门战略规划及运营目标； 2、支持采购运营体系的搭建，包括并不限于组织绩效管理、采购人才管理、报表管理、文档管理、汇报管理、采委会及会议运营等； 3、完善并管理采购团队运营指标体系，及时识别异常并协同制定改善方案，监控方案实施的有效性； 4、主导品类策略的年度评审及优化，监控品类策略的有效落地； 5、识别采购部门业务运营模式的可优化空间并推动改善，协助边建立采购团队的精益管理意识； 6、专项管理，负责跨部门、跨团队专项的统筹，协调采购部内部各团队资源，确保项目的按时交付。

1、5年以上采购经验，其中至少2年以上为间采品类； 2、2年以上采购COE、运营管理相关经验，有采购运营体系搭建或采购战略规划经验者优先； 3、有良好的数据整合、分析能力，擅长以数据为牵引制定策略备； 4、良好的跨部门沟通协调及项目管理能力，优秀的体系化呈现能力，良好的自驱力及学习能力，出色的综合问题解决能力。
