1、负责业务支撑类和员工保障类行政服务的资源集成建设，包括空间管理、物业管理、膳食管理等业务，细分业务包括：选址搬迁、空间规划、工位管理、空间标识、综合物业管理、餐厅、商配等。 2、规划、设计、制定并组织实施所辖业务的服务模式、服务标准和管理策略。 3、负责建立所辖行政服务的专业标准，确保标准化业务的标准达成率，建立优秀案例共享模式，确保日常运营符合标准及专业要求，逐渐从服务标准化走向分层分级的服务产品化。 4、负责各业务预算基线建立，确保行政预算目标合理达成，支撑企业经营目标达成。 5、负责了解、学习行政行业现状和行业趋势，以最佳实践、新技术、新应用、新解决方案为工具，引领业务持续改进、迭代、创新，成为行管支持中心及能力中心。 6、对所涉及供应商进行全生命周期管理，包括供应商选用标准、入库、管理及评估，完善供应商评价体系，监督并优化服务质量。

1、具备10年及以上行政工作经验，5年以上管理经验，对行政中台的工作模式有极深认识和专业沉淀。 2、有较强的服务规划、服务设计与服务交付的能力。 3、对服务好坏评判有较高的标准和深刻理解。 4、对数据敏感，有数据分析能力，能从行政业务费用的分析中预判并提示风险。 5、有优秀的供应商管理能力。
