1. 负责分析全球关税政策趋势，结合公司业务规划制定应对策略； 2. 确保进出口货物符合各国海关法规，熟悉原产地认证和自贸协定相关规则与实务处理； 3. 关税成本优化与策略设计，设计转移定价策略，确保关联交易定价同时满足税务和海关合规要求； 4. 识别、预判并管理关税相关风险，主导海关审计、稽查应对，解决海关归类、估价等争议； 5. 对接海关单一窗口系统、电子报关平台，优化申报流程，熟悉关税引擎计算逻辑、主导设计关税相关系统化方案，基于业务流程提出优化意见。

1. 本科以上学历，国际经贸、海关管理、税务或法学等相关专业； 2. 具有10年以上跨国公司关税实务经验； 3. 制造业（汽车、电子）或四大国际会计师事务所关税咨询背景优先； 4. 英文可作为工作语言，具有良好的中英文口头与书面沟通能力，持有CCLS（Certified Customs & Logistics Specialist）等证书优先； 5. 能够持续学习，自驱力强，适应快节奏的工作环境，主动对工作进行长远规划与执行。
