1. 主责整车水管理性能的负责人; 2. 负责相关车型水管理性能的整体开发策划； 3. 负责组织小组成员进行相关车型水管理性能开发工作； 4. 负责制定水管理性能的开发计划、确认活动项及对应的交付物清单； 5. 负责制定水管性能的整车级目标，子系统级目标，下发子系统目标并与相关工程师沟通达成一致； 6. 负责制定水管理性能的试验策划，确认各阶段试验验证项目、试验车数量、试验频次等； 7. 负责车身系统水管理性能方案的制定，整车其他系统水管理方案校核； 8. 负责整车级水管理数据校核，识别问题，反馈并推动问题责任人关闭问题； 9. 负责跟踪水管理性能试验，识别试验问题，分析问题原因，协同相关系统工程师制定整改方案并推动验证问题，关闭问题，达成水管理性能目标； 10. 负责承接白车身气密性能目标，跟踪白车身气密性试验验证，解决试验问题，达成性能目标； 11. 负责部门相关设计开发体系文件的编写统筹，丰富所属系统的知识库。

1. 全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业 2. 大学英语CET-4级或以上，有良好的英语口语及书写能力 3. 5年以上汽车主机厂（OEM）工作经历，其中至少某一主机厂连续工作3年以上 4. 1个（含）以上完整整车项目（立项到SOP）水管理及密封性能的工作经历 5. 经历的整车项目中负责水管理性能的开发职责，或者是涉及密封性能的小组负责人（但熟悉水管理性能的相关业务） 6. 参与整车项目车型为中大型SUV（承载式车身）、轿车等乘用车 7. 对水管理性能开发流程有比较深的了解，可以独立完成整车级目标制定，系统级目标分解，性能试验策划等工作 8. 具备独立完成车身密封策略制定的能力，可以对整车其他系统进行数据阶段水管理性能校核，能够发现问题并提出有效可行的解决方案 9. 熟悉水管理性能涉及的整车级及零部件级试验规范及试验流程，参与过整车实车试验 10. 使用CATIA进行整车数据校核，以及对照实际问题进行数据问题排查 11. 有进取心，责任心强，有担当 12. 对待事物具有清晰的逻辑分析和判断能力，熟悉丰田TPB等问题分析工具 13. 良好的团队合作精神，高效的沟通、协调能力
