The posting

岗位职责： 1、作为财务流程变革的主导者，负责整体财务流程及解决方案，对业财流程进行梳理和方案设计，能够从财务视角及公司视角出发，完成端到端的流程变革，解决方案设计，同时具备较强的组织能力、沟通能力； 3、作为财务侧的接口人，兼具项目经理，和需求owner的角色，整体负责财务流程标准化、系统自动化项目的实施落地，包括：财务各项需求的收集、解决方案调研及建议，设定不同阶段的项目目标与计划，协调业财各方共识方案，完成需求BRD输出、研发PRD确认、业务接收测试，完成项目上线，保证变革落地、把控项目风险； 4、基于对业务实质的理解、公司未来的发展规划以及整体内控的要求，参与或主导业财一体化流程设计，OA流程建设及优化，提升财务业务工作效率； 5. 负责跟进已上线系统的后续版本迭代。

任职要求： 1. 四年全日制统招本科及以上学历，财经类相关专业； 2. 熟悉财务业务，包括但不限于：销售相关业财流程、关联交易、税务开票流程、税务加计扣除管理、智能税务风险预警等； 3. 8年以上财务解决方案、业财流程优化以及相关项目管理、落地实施经验，有SAP、税务开票等财务信息系统实施建设经验者优先，有制造业/汽车行业经验优先 4. 主导过财务系统（SAP）实施项目，具有较强的项目管理能力，能独立完成项目需求沟通、跨系统方案设计、资源协调、计划制定、协调测试等工作； 5. 责任感强，能主动思考、快速学习、有较强的沟通能力，资源整合能力，有较强的分析和解决问题的能力； 6. 有创业精神，创新意识。
