1. 电力电子/汽车电子/电气工程/电机与电器/自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 5年以上电力电子硬件开发经验； 3. 有车载大功率电机控制器硬件开发和批产项目经验者优先； 4. 熟练掌握SIC、IGBT功率模块原理；熟练掌握双脉冲测试等； 5. 熟练掌握电力电子硬件基本拓扑原理； 6. 熟练掌握原理图和PCB Layout设计规则。
