核心定位： 负责智能眼镜软硬一体的交付，确保产品从定义到量产的节奏掌控。 岗位职责： 1. 负责智能眼镜产品全生命周期管理（NPI），主导EVT、DVT、PVT至量产的全流程，协调硬件、软件、算法及供应链团队。 2. 制定详细的项目计划，识别关键路径，有效管理项目风险（如散热、重量、续航瓶颈），确保产品按时、保质交付。 3. 拉通内部跨部门（计算、感知、本体）协作，解决研发过程中的技术阻塞点。 4. 负责供应商管理及关键元器件的进度监控。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上消费电子（手机/可穿戴/VRAR）整机项目管理经验。 2. 熟悉电子产品硬件开发流程及工厂试产流程，有百万级出货量产品经验者优先。 3. 具备极强的抗压能力和跨部门沟通能力，能适应多线程并发工作。 4. PMP认证或具备敏捷开发管理经验者优先。
