1、本科以上学历，车辆工程、计算机、通讯工程、电子信息、软件工程、声学、光学、材料等相关专业； 2、具备3-5年以上汽车领域开发/项目管理工作经验，熟悉IPD项目管理流程，拥有PMP资质认证者优先，有高价值前瞻项目成果者优先； 3、熟悉汽车行业国家政策导向、行业技术发展现状及未来发展趋势，具有敏锐的技术洞察能力，具有前瞻性的研究视角； 4、具有用户思维，逻辑清晰，持续学习的自驱力； 5、较强的跨部门沟通协同、组织能力，统合综效能力强； 6、为人正直、处事公平，有较强的经营意识，较强的主人翁精神。
