1. 基于项目技术要求设计电机电磁方案，建立有限元模型，进行性能、效率、温升、电磁力等仿真分析； 2. 负责电磁方案的迭代优化，开发多目标寻优工具，完成平衡动力性、经济性、NVH的方案求解； 3. 负责磁性材料设计与开发；参与电机核心零部件的选型开发； 4. 与结构设计工程师、CAE仿真工程师、NVH工程师合作完成相关工作内容开发； 5. 负责电机功能实验，分析试验数据，并对有限元仿真模型进行标定； 6. 对电机的可靠性、成本和NVH性能设计具有深刻的理解。 7. 基于整车项目需求，负责供应商电机产品电磁相关接口与管理，跟踪相关进度并解决开发过程中问题；确保电机产品高质量交付。

1. 电机与电器专业全日制硕士或以上学历，5年以上车用电机设计行业工作经历； 1. 具备量产车用永磁同步电机的电磁设计经历，能够独立完成从概念设计到SOP开发工作；兼具异步电机经验者更佳； 2. 熟练使用主流电磁有限元软件进行方案设计、磁路分析、散热分析、NVH分析；能够使用主流3D及2D软件出图； 3. 具备Matlab、python等语言编程能力，能够编写后处理脚本与工具； 4. 有扎实的永磁同步、异步、电励磁、同步磁阻、轴向磁通等形式电机电磁理论基础； 5. 具备电机台架功能测试及数据分析能力经验； 6. 熟悉电机制造工艺，了解电机的先进工艺； 7. 熟悉电机各种材料的特性，了解行业动态和新型材料的发展及应用； 8. 具备良好的沟通及团队协作能力。具有自我驱动意识，能够适应快节奏工作。
