【任职要求】 具有法学和理工科复合背景； 具有8年以上国内知名律所或企业知识产权维权及纠纷应对工作经验，有专利申请经验者优先，有标准必要专利许可谈判经验者优先； 具有中国法律职业资格和/或专利代理师资格者优先； 具有优秀的中英双语表达和书写能力。 具有出色的逻辑思维分析能力和沟通表达能力。
