1. 全日制本科以上学历，工科背景；涂装工艺工程师岗位工作经验1-3年； 2. 熟悉涂装工艺标准，MR标准等专业知识，熟悉涂装电泳/涂胶/喷漆/喷蜡等各线体工艺流程；了解基础的涂装设备； 3. 独立参与过新车型/改款车型项目工艺导入；熟悉全套汽车产品开发导入流程； 4. 熟练使用日常办公软件、三维绘图软件CATIA等； 5. 具有较强的团队协作能力，沟通能力良好，主动积极，抗压能力较强，能吃苦耐劳。
