负责理想汽车品牌部发布会、车展相关视频内容的创意与制作，包括社交媒体传播视频、产品功能演示视频等。 熟练使用主流 AI 创作工具，并将其融入创意与制作流程，包括文本生成、图像生成、视频生成及相关辅助工具，提升创意效率与内容表现力。 具备前中期筹备能力，能够结合项目需求与制作成本，对主创配置、设备方案、拍摄场地及制作周期进行判断与选择。 与产品、品牌及相关协作团队沟通，输出创意 Demo、视觉参考或简易分镜，并根据核心信息的优先级制定拍摄与制作计划。 在策划、拍摄、后期等各阶段中，准确理解并贯彻品牌规范，保证内容调性统一、表达清晰。 支持团队内其他视频项目的协作与推进，保持高品质成片质量与交付效率。

必备条件 熟练使用主流 AI 创作工具，包括文本生成、图像生成、视频生成及相关辅助工具，能够将 AI 能力实际融入创意开发与制作流程，并显著提升效率与表达质量。 具备甲方公司相关工作经验，有成熟的商业广告项目案例。 具备剪辑思维，能够熟练使用主流剪辑软件完成创意演示、样片剪辑及基础成片工作。 具备良好的视觉或听觉审美能力，对画面、光影、节奏、音乐等有较高敏感度，能够通过视听语言完成表达。 具备较强的沟通与协作能力，能够在多方协同中准确理解需求并推动项目落地。
