1. 研发质量攻关（DQE 方向）：主导设计/验证阶段重大问题分析，主持 8D/5Why 深度根因定位；参与 DR/TR 设计评审识别软硬件风险；发版评审质量把关（风险研判、遗留问题影响分析、放行建议）；沉淀问题知识库推动防再发 2. 供应链质量攻关（SQE 方向）：主导供应商重大质量问题的技术分析与根因定位（芯片/PCBA/结构件/整机）；判定供应商技术争议（失效样品分析、交叉验证）；关键元器件（SoC/推理芯片、存储、电源）失效分析与可靠性评估 3. 复杂客诉处理（重点）：重大/疑难客诉（车端现场、批量性、涉安全/功能失效）的负责人；统筹研发+SQE+测试完成复现、log/数据回放分析、根因定位；主导 8D 报告撰写与客户答辩、现场技术支持；输出质量评审结论（发版升级/换件/召回） 4. 技术能力建设：建立 FA 标准方法（硬件 OSD/SEM/切片/电性 + 软件定位）；培养 DQE/SQE 团队分析能力；参与 HALT/HASS 可靠性问题的质量判断

5. 本科以上，电子/电气/计算机/微电子相关专业 6. 8 年以上汽车电子/半导体/服务器质量经验，其中至少5 年以上 DQE 或 SQE 深度技术背景 7. DQE：主导过智驾域控或车规电子设计质量攻关，熟悉 APQP/PPAP/DVP&R，能独立读原理图/软件架构定位问题边界 8. SQE：有芯片/PCBA/元器件供应商攻关经验，熟悉硬件 FA + 电性/软件分析，能主导供应商技术争议判定 9. 客诉：主导过 5+ 起重大疑难客诉闭环（含车端现场），有 8D 对客户答辩经验 10. 熟练 8D/5Why/鱼骨图/FMEA/DOE/SPC/MSA 11. 英语读写熟练（英文 FA 报告、标准原文、英文客户/供应商） 12. 智驾域控（Orin/Thor/征程/地平线等平台）经验者优先 13. 推理芯片/边缘 AI 芯片失效分析经验（BGA/ESD/LVI 等芯片级 FA）优先 14. GPU/推理服务器质量问题经验优先 15. 熟悉 AEC-Q100/101/104、IATF 16949、ISO 26262者优先
