1、商业化规划：负责座舱生态应用商业化的整体规划与落地，设计并迭代商业化模式； 2、数据驱动增长：深度分析用户行为与商业转化数据，搭建商业化漏斗模型（曝光→激活→付费→留存），定位转化瓶颈与增长机会，输出可落地优化方案； 3、生态合作运营：与音乐、视频、有声等生态伙伴联合运营，设计分成模式、联合权益等，推动商业化合作落地； 4、产品落地推进：协同不同职能，推动商业化功能（支付、语音交易入口、会员中心）从 0 到 1 落地与持续优化； 5、数据体系建设：搭建商业化数据看板，定义北极星指标与过程指标，定期输出商业化复盘报告，支撑管理层决策； 6、竞品研究：持续追踪车企、手机厂商、互联网平台的生态商业化玩法，输出竞品分析与机会洞察。

1、本科及以上，1-3 年产品经验，有商业化、增长、付费会员、交易类产品经验者优先； 2、数据敏感度高：熟练使用 SQL / Excel 做数据提取与分析，能独立完成数据归因、AB 实验设计与效果评估，习惯用数据说话； 3、商业 sense 强：理解订阅制、佣金分成、广告、交易抽佣等商业模式； 4、出色的跨团队沟通与项目推进能力，能推动项目按期落地； 5、对智能座舱、车载生态有热情，理解车内场景，能针对场景设计商业化方案。
