职位描述 1.负责侧门系统性能感知地图及其体系建设工作,建立&迭代性能感知标准&评价体系; 2.负责侧门系统的项目性能、感知目标设定、前期分析方法、目标方案达成路径、数据阶段专项校核、目标计算结果确认; 3.负责侧门系统各项目性能及感知开发风险管控，确认实车各项性能感知指标达成情况; 4.负责侧门系统相关试验规划、试验跟进，路试问题跟进及相关问题推动工作解决；负责侧门系统感知目标实车测量、评审及跟进相关问题闭环； 5.负责推进所负责项目性能感知相关零部件开发问题的整改及闭环，解决所负责具体项目中侧门系统共性及疑难技术问题； 6.参与所有承研项目侧门系统性能感知相关的技术文件、问题报告等的评审 7.参与侧门系统相关的设计开发体系文件的编写,丰富所属系统的知识库； 8.负责侧门系统相关专项及团队支持工作 9.具有电动限位器、雷达零件开发及项目经验优先

职位要求 全日制本科或以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业； 大学英语CET-4级或以上，有良好的英语口语及书写能力； 行业内主流主机厂工作经验，至少有2个（及以上）整车项目开发经验（主负责人，概念设计到SOP后三个月）） 熟悉侧门系统各类零件结构，熟悉车门系统方案布置及相关零件的功能、性能、材料和加工工艺；熟悉侧门系统相关零部件的最新技术和相关法规的要求，并熟练掌握相关产品标准； 熟悉开闭件钣金工艺及整车制造四大工艺； 具备责任心，拥有良好的团队精神、协调能力、沟通能力及专业指导能力； 具备解决重大质量问题的经验和能力； 熟练运用Catia(GSD模块、DMU模块）。
