岗位介绍 随着用户触点的持续多元化，我们正在系统建设电商、出行、二手车等跨行业获客渠道矩阵。本岗位将负责现有异业合作渠道的深度运营与提效，同时挖掘并孵化具备获客潜能的新合作方向，是一个兼顾执行落地与渠道开拓的综合型运营角色。 核心职责 渠道运营与费效管理：负责电商、出行、二手车等异业合作渠道的日常投放运营，建立分层管理机制，对线索量及费效目标承担端到端责任，定期评估渠道效果并持续优化 新渠道挖掘与落地：系统梳理跨行业流量平台的获客潜力，独立主导新渠道商务洽谈、合作模式设计与测试方案制定，完成从0到1的渠道冷启动，沉淀可复用的落地SOP 供应商关系管理：作为公司与合作平台的核心对接人，管理供应商日常关系，推进合同签署、费用结算、账期管理及突发问题响应，争取优质平台资源 内部协同与复盘：与跨部门团队高效协作，参与目标拆解与月度复盘，输出渠道经营分析报告，推动异业合作方法论的体系化建设

任职要求 5年以上线上渠道运营经验，有汽车垂媒或其他大型媒体供应商完整对接经验，熟悉平台合作全流程 有电商（抖音生服/京东/淘宝等）、出行（滴滴/高德/航空等）、二手车（瓜子等）平台合作或运营经验者优先 熟悉多种结算模式，具备清晰的线索质量与费效管理意识 具备从0到1的渠道孵化能力，有独立推进跨公司合作项目的成功案例 沟通协调能力强，逻辑清晰，能高效整合内外部资源，适应快节奏、高目标导向的工作环境
