1. 具备汽车工程、机械制造及自动化、材料工程计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、机械工程、机电一体化，电子信息等工科教育背景 2. 具备2~3年，1~2款全新/中改车型总装工艺全流程开发经验，包括SE分析、试制造车、投产验证、量产闭环 3. 具备CATIA/UG等主流3D设计软件应用能力，熟悉西门子Process Simulation、Plant Simulation等软件，具备teamcenter等主流工艺开发软件应用能力 4.具备如Java，Python，C++等基础编程语言学习背景优先； 5. 有工业场景（制造/质检/物流）AI项目实习或竞赛经验者优先； 6. 对制造业和AI交叉领域有热情； 7. 良好的跨部门沟通协作能力，
