1. 根据研发开发细节信息输入，负责动力系统（发动机、变速器、电驱动系统、增程器、电池系统等）成本及开发费的核算及控制工作，参与和支持项目各阶段的零件目标制定、下发和达成； 2. 对动力系统新工艺&新技术有一定核算能力，例如： 1）传统动力：高效发动机、涡轮增压、混动专用发动机、AT/DCT/CVT变速器等 2）电驱动系统：永磁同步电机、感应异步电机、电驱动桥、减速器、电机控制器、功率模块（IGBT/SiC）等 3）增程系统：增程器总成、高功率密度发电机、增程控制系统等 4）电池系统：电池包、BMS、热管理系统、高压线束等 3. 负责动力系统零件成本核算相关的数据库建设，做好行业竞争力水平洞察及感知，建立动力系统零件成本核算基线； 4. 熟悉动力系统零部件铸造、锻造、机加工、焊接、热处理、绕线、注塑、装配等工艺，掌握动力系统零部件的技术方案以及成本构成； 5. 对接研发澄清零件技术方案，能够按照零件BOM从人、机、料、法、环的维度搭建成本核算模型，计算零部件成本，构建公司成本行业竞争力； 6. 熟练运用相关分析工具，搭建成本模型，对负责动力系统进行成本分析，并做好和供应商报价的差异分析，指出报价问题点，发掘商务优化潜力，撰写高质量零部件成本和工装分析报告，为商务谈判、成本优化和项目定点决策提供必要支持； 7. 做好竞品车型动力系统技术方案和成本对标，研究降本潜力，持续实现零件成本优化，支持公司年度盈利指标的实现。

教育背景 1. 全日制本科及以上学历 2. 机械工程、车辆工程、内燃机工程、电气工程、自动化、财务管理等相关专业 3. 有汽车行业研发费用控制或者成本相关岗位经历者优先

工作经验 1. 5年以上工作经验 2. 具备动力系统（发动机、变速器、电驱动、电池、增程器等）成本核算经验者优先 3. 具备动力系统供应商（发动机厂、电驱动厂、电池厂等）工作经验优先

能力素质 1. 有较好的逻辑思维能力，数据分析能力和较强的解决问题的能力 2. 具有良好的团队协作和沟通能力

专业知识 1. 熟悉动力系统产品结构、技术要求和性能指标（发动机/变速器/电驱动/电池系统至少熟悉2个领域） 2. 了解铸造、锻造、机加工、热处理、绕线、注塑、冲压等生产工艺及成本构成 3. 掌握工装夹具和模具成本核算方法 4. 熟悉以下至少2个技术领域的成本特性： - 发动机技术：燃烧系统、涡轮增压、冷却润滑、排放后处理等 - 电驱动技术：永磁/异步电机、绕组工艺、功率电子、减速器齿轮等 - 电池技术：电芯、模组、BMS、热管理、高压架构等 - 轻量化材料：铝合金、高强度钢、复合材料应用
