负责智能驾驶行车域产品规划与功能设计，覆盖高速NOA、城市NOA等核心行车场景的产品策略定义与版本落地； 负责高速行车体验设计，包括变道舒适性、安全感、通行效率等典型场景的体验优化，以及用户感知层面的行驶平顺性与驾驶风格调校； 基于真实数据与用户行为分析，识别行车安全风险点，制定并推动行车安全策略优化方案，持续提升MPA等核心安全指标； 深度参与智驾OTA版本规划，负责行车功能需求评审与优先级管理，推动功能策略在多车型、多平台中的一致交付； 联合研发、质量、测试及法规团队，协调跨域需求，确保行车产品方案兼顾安全合规与用户体验； 迭代行车安全运营机制，主导问题分析与场景复盘，将数据洞察转化为可执行的产品改进闭环； 持续跟踪特斯拉、华为、小鹏等竞品行车能力动态，输出对标分析并牵引差异化产品策略。

本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、交通工程或相关专业； 3年以上智能驾驶产品经验，具备高速行车产品（NOA/LCC等）或行车安全策略产品量产经历，优先考虑； 深入理解智能驾驶系统架构（L2/L2+/L3场景边界、功能边界与接管机制），具备将算法能力转化为产品策略的落地能力； 熟悉行车安全核心指标体系（MPA、接管率、误触发率等），能独立开展事故分析、场景拆解与策略评估； 具备强烈的安全意识与数据思维，能在用户体验与行车安全之间做出合理取舍，并推动决策落地； 沟通协调能力强，能有效驱动感知、规控、软件、测试多方协同，推动复杂需求高质量交付。
