1. 负责总装车间输送线系统（内饰线、底盘线、最终线、淋雨线及车门、底盘分装、仪表等分装线）的新建及改造项目，负责输送线整体技术方案制定、评审、实施与落地，推动总装物料输送的自动化、智能化升级，满足整车产能规划、装配节拍与装配工艺要求； 2. 负责总装输送线设备的机械与电气系统方案设计、评审，包括输送线布局规划、预算评估、节拍计算、缓存计算、电气方案评审，确保输送线与装配工艺、物流配送需求匹配且运行稳定； 3. 负责总装输送线 B+U提资工作，向土建、公用等专业提出输送线基础荷载、预埋件、立柱 、支撑结构、动力及水、气、暖通接口等设计条件，跟进提资资料的接收、核对与落实，确保建筑与公用设施满足输送线安装、运行及安全要求； 4. 负责总装输送线安装调试工作的统筹管理，包括供应商调试方案认可、现场调试进度与质量管理，确保输送线按照整车生产节拍稳定运行，满足装配节拍和产能要求； 5. 车型投产期间快速响应总装输送线的设备故障，通过现场排查、数据分析等方式定位问题，制定维修方案并组织实施，减少停机时间，保障装配主线与分装线的正常运转； 6. 针对总装输送线运行存在的瓶颈问题（节拍不达标、故障率高、开动率不满足等）组织技术攻关，联合工艺、维修、生产、物流、IT 等部门制定解决方案并验证实施，提升设备综合开动率（OEE）与整体装配效率； 7. 负责总装输送线关键部件的选型标准制定和评审，对输送驱动装置、轨道、链条、滑橇、板链、升降机与举升台、变频器、伺服系统、传感器等设备和元器件进行选型评估，兼顾性能、成本与可靠性； 8. 牵头制定总装输送线相关技术标准，包括机械、电气、施工、安全联锁等标准，并根据行业发展持续迭代； 9. 持续关注总装输送与物流自动化领域新技术、新设备、新工艺，结合总装生产实际需求，提出输送线系统优化与改进方案。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、电气工程、自动化、软件工程等相关专业毕业； 2. 熟悉总装车间各类输送线类型及结构（内饰线 滑橇、底盘线摩擦线、EMS、最终线板链、分装线等），掌握装配输送节拍计算、工位布局规划、负载分析等基本方法； 3. 熟练掌握电气设计软件（如 TIA portal、AutoCAD Electrical、EPLAN 等）及机械设计软件（如 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 等）；熟悉西门子PLC 编程软件及编程逻辑，具备复杂控制程序评审能力； 4. 了解伺服系统、变频调速系统、传感器等电气元器件及输送驱动装置的工作原理和应用选型，能够根据装配输送需求进行参数配置与调试；熟悉工业通信协议（如 Profinet、EtherNet/IP等）； 5. 具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力、问题解决能力、沟通表达能力及抗压能力； 6. 具备海外新建或改造工厂输送线项目经验，自动化项目经验，熟悉工业机器人、协作机器人应用者优先。
