1. 系统架构设计：负责激光雷达系统级需求分析、架构方案设计、技术指标分解及子系统接口定义，主导整车集成方案； 2. 传感器标定与评估：设计内参/外参标定方案（LiDAR-IMU、LiDAR-Camera 等），建立系统级性能评估体系与验收标准； 3. 功能安全开发：主导 HARA、FTA/FMEA 分析及安全机制设计，确保满足 ISO 26262 / SOTIF 要求； 4. 量产工程化：负责从样机到量产落地整个生命周期，包括 设计评审、产线标定策略、关键器件选型与供应商协同； 5. 跨团队技术对接：作为感知算法、规控、整车集成团队的技术接口，输出技术方案与问题分析。

1. 硕士及以上，光学/电子/自动化/车辆工程等相关专业，3 年以上激光雷达或车载传感器开发经验； 2. 深入理解至少一种激光雷达技术路线（机械/MEMS/转镜/Flash/FMCW）； 3. 掌握车载传感器标定方法论； 4. 熟悉 ISO 26262 功能安全流程，有量产产品落地经验者优先； 5. 优秀的跨团队沟通能力，具备整车级系统思维与数据驱动的问题分析能力。
