岗位职责 1、算法架构设计：负责根据产品需求，主导机器人整体算法架构设计，定义运动控制、操作模型、感知决策等模块的技术边界与交互接口，确保各算法模块间的高效协同； 2、技术方案评审与决策：对运动控制方案、操作模型方案、感知方案等进行技术评审，识别方案风险并给出改进建议，对关键技术选型承担决策责任； 3、跨域拉通与协同：拉通运动控制、操作模型、软件工程等专业团队，协调算法与硬件、软件平台的接口定义与联调节奏，推动端到端技术方案落地； 4、算法能力体系建设：规划机器人算法中长期技术路线，制定核心算法模块的技术标准与规范，支撑产品的持续迭代与竞争力构建； 5、前沿技术探索与转化：跟踪具身智能、运动控制、操作学习等领域的最新进展，评估技术可行性并推动前沿成果向产品方案转化；

任职要求 1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、机械电子、人工智能等相关专业，3年以上机器人或 AI 算法相关经验； 2、主导过完整机器人或类似复杂系统产品的算法架构设计，具备从方案设计到真机验证的闭环经验； 3、精通机器人运动控制理论（足式运动、双足行走、末端控制等），熟悉主流控制框架（RBF/CMG/Whole-body control 等）； 4、熟悉操作模型与操作学习技术（模仿学习、强化学习、视觉-语言-动作模型等），了解 VLA/WAM 等多模态模型架构； 5、具备良好的系统思维与模块接口设计能力，能够在运动控制、操作模型、感知决策、软件平台等多域间建立清晰的架构边界； 6、有跨机械、电气、软件、算法多域协同经验者优先，具备复杂系统集成与联调能力；
