岗位职责 1. 中长期战略规划编制 - 主导公司3-5年中长期业务规划的财务模型搭建与量化推演，将宏观判断、技术路线与商业逻辑转化为可执行、可追踪的财务与经营目标。联动产品、研发、制造、市场等核心团队，完成中长期业务规划转化成财务数据。 2. 长期资源配置与价值管理 - 构建并动态优化公司级资源配置模型（覆盖资金、产能、研发投入、人才等） - 作为内部“汽车行业智库”，持续跟踪全球及中国汽车产业格局、技术演进（电动化、智能驾驶、软件定义汽车）、政策变化与商业模式创新，输出有独立观点的前瞻研究报告。 - 结合标杆企业分析与尽职调查式思维，识别公司能力短板与战略机会窗，提供“弯道超车”或防御性布局的财经建议。 3. 方法论沉淀与能力传递 - 引入战略规划、商业尽调、投资分析等领域的最佳实践，优化内部战略财经分析框架与工具。 - 赋能业务伙伴（业务线财经BP、产品规划等）提升商业敏锐度与财务建模能力。

1. 专业背景与经验 - 本科及以上学历，金融、财务、经济、管理、汽车工程等专业，MBA或理工科复合背景优先。 - 8-10年相关工作经验，且需具备深入的汽车/出行行业认知，背景源自以下任一领域： - 四大会计师事务所交易咨询/财务尽调部门，拥有多个汽车行业并购、尽调或重组项目经验，对产业链价值分布有清晰认识； - 国际/国内一线管理咨询公司汽车及先进制造赛道分析师或项目经理，有企业中长期战略规划、运营转型类项目实操； - 券商、基金、投行等金融机构的汽车行业分析师，独立覆盖整车或核心零部件板块，有扎实的行业分析与估值建模功底； - 中大型汽车主机厂或核心Tier-1的战略规划、经营分析、财务规划或企业运营管理岗位，亲历过中长期规划到年度预算闭环的完整周期。 2. 核心能力 - 极致的商业建模力：精通常规与复杂财务模型，可独立搭建多情景中长期测算、估值与敏感性分析模型，对数据质量和逻辑严谨性有洁癖。 - 穿透本质的分析力：能通过财务数字看到业务本质，将模糊的战略意图转化为清晰的资源需求与量化里程碑。 - 结构化沟通与影响力：具备将复杂分析提炼为高层语言的讲故事能力，能有效与CXO层面对话，并横向推动无直接汇报关系的团队协同。 3. 特质与文化契合 - 对汽车行业有发自内心的热情与好奇心：对整车厂竞争格局、技术沉浮、用户变迁如数家珍，不以过往认知为边界，愿意深入产线、门店及用户一线感受。 - 长期主义与务实落地并重：既能仰望星空绘制5年蓝图，又能卷起袖子带着团队做好今年的资源调配与指标拆解。 - 持有CFA、CPA、ACCA等专业资格为加分项。
