1. 本科及以上学历，机械、汽车相关专业。 2. 8年以上产品研发或研发流程相关工作经验，熟悉产品开发流程，有主机厂研发流程/项目管理/质量管理工作经验者优先，能识别研发流程关键控制点，具备产品研发管理流程体系建设及完善的能力。 3. 具备较好的流程信息化洞察力、流程理解力，能快速定位问题，分析问题与解决问题能力强。 4. 较强的跨部门沟通协同、组织能力，工作思路清晰、统合综效能力强。 5. 擅长项目管理，较强的推广力和自驱力，能持续迭代管理方法以达成项目目标。 6. 为人正直、处事公平，有较强的的成本费用及合规意识，较强的主人翁精神。
