1. 电池小型化轻量化方案研发与落地 负责智能眼镜整机电池系统方案设计、选型、定义与迭代，聚焦镜腿、镜框极小空间场景，主打电池小型化、超薄化、轻量化、异形定制技术攻关；平衡电池体积、重量、能量密度、续航、安全与结构适配性。 2. 供应商方案审核、评审与技术把控 主导电池供应商技术对接、方案评审、参数核验与风险评估，独立审核供应商提交的电芯方案、结构设计、电气参数、工艺方案、可靠性规格；精准识别方案缺陷、参数虚标、结构干涉、量产风险，输出专业优化整改意见，确保电池方案匹配产品整机设计、性能及量产要求。 3. 电池行业技术趋势预研与技术储备 持续跟踪穿戴类锂电池前沿技术迭代，包括叠片工艺、硅碳负极、高压体系、异形定制、超薄软包、高安全小型电芯等新技术、新工艺、新材料；调研行业竞品电池方案，研判技术发展趋势，结合公司产品规划开展技术预研、原型验证，沉淀可落地的电池技术方案，支撑产品长期迭代升级。 4. 电池整机适配、测试与问题闭环 负责电池与整机硬件、结构、温控、功耗系统的适配联调，制定电池可靠性、安全性、续航、高低温、循环寿命等测试规范；跟进EVT/DVT/PVT全阶段样机验证，定位解决电池鼓包、发热、续航衰减、低温掉电、空间适配不良等各类技术问题，保障产品顺利量产。 5. 标准化搭建与量产管控 制定智能眼镜电池选型标准、设计规范、验收标准与供应链技术准入要求；跟进电池来料一致性、量产良率管控，解决量产阶段电池相关技术异常，协同采购、品质、工厂团队完成批量交付。 6. 合规认证支撑 统筹电池相关GB31241、UN38.3、CE、FCC等安规及运输认证技术对接，梳理认证资料，提前规避合规风险，保障产品顺利过证上市。

1. 学历与专业 本科及以上学历，电化学、材料科学与工程、新能源、电池工程、电子工程等相关专业，3年及以上消费类电子产品电池研发经验，熟悉异形叠片电池、超薄软包电池、高能量密度小型电芯定制开发者优先。 2. 核心专业能力 （1）精通消费类电子产品电池小型化、轻量化、异形定制设计逻辑，熟悉超薄、超窄镜腿电池结构方案，可独立完成极小空间电池方案定义与优化； （2）具备极强的供应商技术评审能力，可独立审核电芯参数、工艺方案、结构设计、可靠性指标，精准识别方案漏洞与量产风险，熟练输出专业整改、优化、迭代建议； （3）持续深耕消费类电子产品行业，熟悉叠片/卷绕工艺、硅碳负极、高压电芯、新型封装等前沿技术，清晰掌握消费类电子产品电池技术发展趋势与竞品技术路线，具备独立技术预研与方案落地能力。 3. 技术实操能力 熟悉锂电池核心参数（能量密度、内阻、循环寿命、倍率、高低温性能）、各类失效机理；掌握电池可靠性测试、安全测试、整机适配验证方法；熟悉消费类电子产品电池常见问题（低温掉电、发热、鼓包、续航虚标、结构干涉）的定位与整改方案。 4. 项目与协同能力 熟悉消费电子EVT/DVT/PVT量产流程，具备完整消费类电子产品电池从方案设计、供应商对接、样机验证到量产落地的全流程经验；擅长跨部门协同，可高效联动结构、硬件、测试、供应链团队推进问题闭环。 5. 综合素质 具备严谨的技术判断力、风险预判能力，逻辑清晰，善于技术复盘与沉淀；有良好的技术谈判能力，可有效推动供应商落地优化方案。
