根据公司业务及发展规划,与经信、科技、发改、商务、网信及宣传等核心行业主管部门及行业协会建立并维护良好关系,畅通政企沟通渠道,提升公司在政府侧的认可度与影响力; 密切跟踪市、区各级关于人工智能、集成电路、智能网联汽车等领域的政策法规最新动向,精准识别政策机会与潜在风险,就重点领域重大事项提供专业研判与决策建议; 深入研究人工智能、集成电路、智能网联汽车等相关产业政策,精准解读项目申报条件、资质要求与财政补贴细则,统筹内外部资源完成政策申报,争取项目资金与政策红利; 对接市监、公安、消防、网信等监管部门,妥善处置各类合规与应急事宜。建立并完善政企危机预警与应急响应机制,协调内外部资源,独立牵头应对突发监管与公共事件; 牵头推动政企合作项目,统筹资源保障项目顺利落地。维护与上层领导的常态化沟通与良性互动按时完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

1.5年以上智能网联汽车、人工智能等行业从业经验,有有政府部门工作经历优先,本科以上学历; 2.熟悉国家及地方在智能网联汽车、人工智能、集成电路等领域的政策法规与产业规划,具备成功主导政府项目申报、资质获取或政企合作项目的实战经验; 3.熟悉市/区经信、科技、发改等核心政府部门的运作机制与产产业战略导向,具备成熟的政府资源与政企关系拓展维护能力; 4.有良好的业务敏感度,具备较强的跨部门沟通协调能力、扎实的文字输出能力与丰富的项目管理经验。
