全日制本科或以上学历，本科8年以上工作经验，研究生5年以上硬件研发经验； 熟练掌握数电、模电等基础知识； 掌握各种硬件调试仪器使用方法； 熟知智能车控、智能驾驶、整车通信的硬件平台方案； 掌握高速信号设计，精通高速通信物理层原理； 熟知结构设计，软件设计，实验验证与硬件设计的交互流程； 有很好的团队合作精神，善于交流；良好的英文听说读写能力； 良好的抗压能力、自驱能力、自学能力；具有独立思考的能力； 具备带头解决复杂系统问题的能力； 有汽车智能硬件开发经验者优先。
